Pre-launch draft. Project-specific agreements and company details must be completed before taking orders.
1. About us
AdFryer is a trading brand. The legal service provider, registered address and company number will be stated in the client proposal and invoice before work begins.
2. Services and scope
Advertising packages cover only the deliverables agreed in writing. Website projects cover the pages, product setup and revisions specified in the accepted quote. Additional work requires separate approval and pricing.
3. Pricing and payment
Published prices are indicative and exclude applicable VAT where stated. Meta advertising spend, domains, hosting, SumUp charges and hardware are separate. Payment schedules will be set out in the client proposal.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, lawful product information, images they have rights to use, account access and timely approvals. Clients are responsible for fulfilment, refunds, customer service and compliance for their own sales.
5. Third-party platforms
Meta and SumUp services are subject to their own terms, availability, eligibility and fees. AdFryer does not control third-party platform outages, approval decisions or transaction processing.
6. Results and approvals
We do not guarantee ad performance, sales, search rankings or approval by third-party platforms. Final creative and launch are subject to client approval and platform rules.
7. Ownership and licensing
The client retains ownership of its accounts and pre-existing assets. Rights in newly created deliverables, any third-party licensed materials and handover arrangements will be stated in the signed proposal.
8. Cancellation and disputes
Notice periods, cancellation, refunds, liability limits and dispute arrangements are agreed in the signed service contract; this website alone does not establish those terms.
